Armidale Westend Marketplace (Centro)

Armidale's Westend Marketplace is a sub-regional retail shopping centre of 17,217m² GFA situated at the western end of the CBD.  Previously a Gasworks this site has had to be fully remediated.

Armidale was long overdue to receive a retail facility of this size and its construction means that residents no longer have to travel to Tamworth and Grafton for their shopping needs.  The complex covers over 15,450 square metres and includes 40 speciality shops, as well as Big W and Woolworths.

The specialty shops in the centre include EB Games, Prouds the Jewellers, Just Jeans, Suzanne Grae, Jay Jays, Free People, Noni B, Diva, Angus and Coote, Fone Zone, Homeart, Harvey World Travel, Healthy Life, Brumby's Bakery, TBC, Angus & Robertson Bookworld, Supanews, ED Harry, Menswear, OPSM, Williams The Shoeman, Jeans West, Sanity, Payless Shoes, My House, Strandbags, Terry White Chemist, Gloria Jeans Coffees, Le Beaute Hair and Beauty, The Reject Shop, Muffin Break, Wendys, Blooms, Donut King, Muffin Break and CBA.
