Nerang

Sanctuary Properties is involved in the development of a Woolworths / Big W anchored sub regional centre in Nerang.  The centre will include the refurbishment and expansion of the current Nerang Central Shopping Centre, an increase to existing GFA by in excess of three times.  Upon completion it will contain in excess of 40,000m² and have a total value greater than $200M.
